Automation & AI Workflow Engineer

I build the systems that run while you don't.

Two-plus years designing automations and AI agents in Make, n8n, and Zapier — connecting CRMs, payment tools, and inboxes so leads get answered, data stays accurate, and nothing depends on someone remembering to do it manually.

Selected builds

Real automations, currently doing real work.

Every project below shipped to production — not a demo. Each one replaced a manual step with something that runs itself and tells someone when it can't.

Make.com

Xero → Asana financial sync

trigger: task completed → action: report attached

Worked around Xero's API limits by auto-generating an Account Transactions report and attaching it to the right Asana task the moment work finished — no manual exports.

Make.com

AI email attachment processor

trigger: Gmail attachment → action: filed + logged

Pulls attachments from Gmail, uses AI to read and understand each file, renames it for clarity, and sorts it into the right cloud folder with a full audit log.

n8n

AI appointment setter

trigger: inbound lead → action: meeting booked

Engages leads in natural language, checks a live calendar, qualifies the prospect, and books the meeting — no human touches the conversation.

n8n

RAG-grounded support agent

trigger: question → action: sourced answer

Connects proprietary business documents to a vector database so the AI answers from real company data instead of guessing — built to not hallucinate.

n8n

Facebook Page AI chat agent

trigger: DM received → action: instant reply

Handles live customer conversations for an online shop, pulling business context and replying through Gemini in real time, day or night.

Zapier

Lead enrichment & prioritization

trigger: new lead → action: routed + drafted

Enriches inbound leads via Apollo, routes by priority, alerts the team in Slack, logs the top ones to Sheets, and drafts a personalized first reply with AI.

Toolbelt

Where I spend most of my time.

Platform depth on the left of each bar means daily, production-level fluency — not "used it once."

How a build actually happens

Same order, every project.

This sequence exists because skipping a step is exactly how automations break quietly in production.

01

Map the real process first

Not the process on paper — the one your team actually follows, exceptions included.

02

Build and connect the tools

Wire the CRM, payment processor, and comms tools together with the logic the map calls for.

03

Test the edge cases on purpose

Missing fields, empty payloads, duplicate triggers — found before a client's lead is, not after.

04

Document it for someone else

Written clearly enough that a teammate can maintain it without a follow-up call to me.

05

Monitor and improve

Live automations get watched, not abandoned — breaks get caught and fixed fast.

Let's talk about your process

Have a process that runs on someone remembering things?

That's usually the first thing worth automating. Tell me what it looks like today.
